::The gent standing at the entrance was helpful enough but eventually I left because I'm not sure how long we are expected to wait for assistance. I went in to the bank to certify to documents and the one gent that could assist me was not at his desk but no one knows when he would be back. The branch manager could also assist me however after waiting for 20 minutes I decided to go elsewhere. Very disappointing given that there was not more than 3 of us in the branch and the others required the assistance of the consultants.
