::I placed an order on Saturday the 1st of Feb with esquire for delivery on Monday. Came Monday afternoon and no one pitched with my delivery after I made numerous calls to esquire and courier direct to ensure it will be delivered. For some reason my information was incorrect by courier direct and they never gotten a hold of me when they were at my gate. Johannes from Esquire/Courier Direct offered to still come out to my premises to deliver my items even after the drivers returned to their offices as it was past 5 already. He is a true Pioneer for your company and many thanks to him for making the delivery possible for me.
