::Better service than at the branch in Long Street. Coffee fresher, staff have more spark, I have been 4 times already, still as good. Only problem is almost no seating, think the entire shop has seating for 5 people. Seating has power points for charging your gadgets.

::Very bad service. Something wrong with the way it is managed. While waiting to pay, several staff stand around doing nothing. But you have to pay before you can actually place an order. Why? Very limited variety. My favorite almost always sold out. The trading hours do nothing for bringing people to the square. Why can't it be also open till 21:00? Adds no value to local residents that only comes home after it is closed.
