::The Manager is very rude. Our group (38 people) have booked there and whenever we need information or ask for things in preparation for the trip, he tells us he won't overwork himself for us and that h doesnt have time for us. He is very rude considering that we are giving them a lot of business.

::I have been trying to get a quote from this lodge. I was promised that an email would be sent to me with a quote two weeks ago. I called every second day to remind them and I am still waiting for the quote. Really bad customer service.
