  The site is a bit complicated to follow and it's not user friendly for a lame-man. It could be improved for someone who has no representation and semi-literate to follow easily.

  Completely useless and extremely rude just about the slowest people I've ever seen in my life should give their jobs to hard working people that will do the job that need it and not waste others time!!!

  A very pleasant experience at Dept. Of Labour Benoni today. Organized and efficient, staff polite and helpful.

  Inept, inadequate, slow, unreliable, lazy and down right infuriating. They will send you around to sign forms several times not giving you the complete instruction set at the start of your journey, they will send you around inside the building in circles from one register to another and when you finally have gotten everything in order from your side they will take months to complete their own work, and when you go back to hear what the hold up is they will tell you to wait and see and come back another time. I was told to come back on 18th april but they failed to mention they will close at 10 in the morning for easter weekend cause they felt like take another extra day off for the whole GOVERMENT run building. I have visited this place almost 20 times to sort out UIF in the time span of 2 and a half months.
