  Friendly staff, but disappointment :( only saw dresses 30 minutes after appointment start time, so had to rush everything. Didn't have the dresses they said they did that were pre selected, which was the reason I came to visit this boutique. The stylist was very nice, but wasn't the best at reading body language & would ask pre rehearsed questions that did not make the experience feel genuine. Even after I explained several times on email + in the consultation form what I wanted, I had to explain again. I only saw mediocre type dresses :( For the price range of dresses, I would expect excellent service, properly coordinated etc.

  You know 11 years of trade in an industry of such importance really goes a long way. From every staff member having such humbling manners, to a beautiful looking store, experienced expertise in bridal wear through incredible stylists and elegant designer dresses worth every penny. Genuine experience such at this boutique cannot go unappreciated. They just love what they do and not just out to get your money! And it shows!

  I read some of these reviews and I wonder how people could even criticise De La Vida. I had an incredible experience. It is a beautiful venue, staff are amazing - friendly and so helpful. The dresses are something else - what style, quality and workmanship! They set aside some dresses for me and BAM dress three and there we had it! What a pleasure! I would highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for something unique!

  We had a great welcoming committee. But the dressed felt very disconnected from what's on the website. The styles are out dated and traditional, the only really beautiful dresses came from the Couture collection, but the prices for those are as much as a tiny vehicle or a really small house. I asked for A-line dresses, but just got to try on different generic oversized mermaid style dresses. If you want to sell girls wedding dresses that cost as much as cars, perhaps get some demo's in a view different sizes so that she can fall in love with it. I ended up getting my dream dress at Olivelli for as much as a really nice scooter.
