  This is a beautiful hotel, it is set in beautiful gardens,fountains,fairy lights,chandeliers and candles (out of content) I couldn't help it but i was so excited to arrive here for my interview with Thabo whom just disappeared on my email after further documents were asked for HR department and my follow up calls not returned. I would have loved to be part of the amazing team unfortunately not even "we regret" email was bothered to be sent (lols)

  Could not fault this hotel at all. The rooms are spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Service is impeccable to say the least. The breakfast buffet has a lovely variety and the food is well presented. Management clearly leading by example. It was a wonderful stay, nothing short of pure class!

  This is unsurprisingly one of the best hotels in Johannesburg. My wife and I stayed in one of their suites for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The staff are superb. The rooms are excellent and the amenities are fantastic. Monte casino is right next door where you have access to shops, restaurants, cinemas and a beautiful casino that makes you feel like you are walking through the streets of a Tuscan village. You also are right next to the Monte Casino bird park that is also a must see. I will definitely be staying there again.

  Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and neat. Truly a five-star experience. Friendly and helpful staff. You will feel like a King/Queen when you stay here. Highly recommended. Its beyond breathtaking!

  Hospitality and ambiance is excellent. Staff are engaging and acknowledge guests. Facilities are well kept and food of a very high standard. Appreciation to the housekeeping team .
