  The service here is painfully slow. The teller look so sad and uninterested. It's like you are such an inconvenience when you standing on the other side of the counter. Today they called me to the counter and made me wait for at least 20 minutes before they attended to me. I hope next time they can at least be a bit friendly.

  I received my parcel from China via crystal park,post office.One of the women staff,was helpful and gave great service without giving excuses of lazyness not to execute her job.Thank you and great service.

  For weeks I have struggled to track my overseas parcel through the official post office website. Nothing works on the official website the email address you get from the website does not exist, the sms number given returns undelivered and all emails are returned as address unknown. Crystal Park post office was the only post office that was willing to assist me assist me in tracking the parcel and locating it. Well done guys!.

  Absolutely terrible service. They never answer the phone no one knows about your packages.
