::Went there yesterday, for the second time, to pick up a parcel, after receiving a final notice SMS to come and collect. When I got there, just like last week, the queue was curling around the door - about 12 people. I was impressed to see they had actually put out chairs for people to wait on. Last week I stood for about 1/2 an hour with no movement (ZERO movement) and then left. Yesterday I stood for about 10 minutes with no movement and realized that my lunch time would not be long enough. AGAIN.

::This place requires more security and more cleaning staff... Also the door doesn't work properly. Even although the queues are long, you can still get some service done. UPDATE: Staff completely useless, they have a package I've been waiting for about 9 months in their premises, but they say that they still need to put it on the system. I've been there 3 times already and still no service.
