  This review only applies to the pharmacy, the pharmacy service is horrible, I found myself multiple times waiting on line for hours, from where I was sitting on the line I could hear all the instructions being given to the patients, on how to use the meds and what the meds are for. in this pharmacy you'll find a patient standing at the counter for 2hours, I mean I know that there might be something reasonable that's delaying the process, but can the staff at least do the decency of addressing us to alley our anxiety and frustration, and also why is it that there's 5 staff members on duty but only one assisting the patients?..with Botshelong being a private hospital this makes us expect outstanding service, so please fix this.

  I was admitted on the 14-02-2020. My stay and experience was wonderful. Felt at home immediately. The staff was phenomenal -from the security guards to matron. Then Dr Pitsoe nje that guy is heaven sent.He He has great people skills and you can see the passion of his work in his eyes. Thank you team Botshelong-Empilweni

  I had there most wonderful time in this Hospital👐Dr Machaba is the Best,the Physiotherapist Dr Mpogeng and ward 3 Male Nurse Sabelo Maphumulo are the Best👐 may they continue giving their Best always. Well the food is wack,but eatable😂. I will come back here any day.

  Very friendly staff, best Pediatrician Dr kitoko and very good staff at pharmacy especially Privilege Dube he is very passionate about his work
