  Went to checkers, it was pleasant to shop. The store was not busy at all.

  Checkers Polokwane CBD has bad service, no packers, long queues and the boy manager is always on his cell phone, not caring.

  I love the store, very organized and the warm welcoming as well. Word of advice, your cashiers can do better in at least greeting before they're greeted and avoid this chatty behavior between their packers. They're letting the brand down. A lot to be desired from the last part of the experience in the store.

  I don't if checkers doesn't teach their cashier customer service, checkers polokwane has the worst cashier ever. Even if they are not all bad, the good ones are over shadowed by the bad ones.

  Don't go there month end until they manage their tills properly, you can't have a trainee on the till at 17:00 on a Thursday or Friday. It compromises business.
