::Very Poor Service, one has to wait on a very long parcel counter Q, only to find that the shelves are empty. When you go back to pick your belongings from the parcel counter it is still a very long Q which doesn’t even move. Please find a better way to fix this mess. Sometimes one has to wait for other people to come take their thing from parcel counter so that there can be a free space. This system is just disappointing. Teach your staff that not everything need to be placed at the parcel counter. E

::This really is a hypermarket. I saw a tomato flavored juice here for the first time. They have a wider range of products as compared to the pick 'n pay supermarket. And the quality, I feel like the products sold here are of A+ grade as compared to most pick 'n pay supermarket. It get crowded at times, but I have never left without getting what I came here for.
