::I regret why I took my car there for service. I took my car for service, a day after I hear sounds coming from my car. They said they the changed my brake pads but my brakes were still making a sound. A month later my fan belt broke. Took it in for repairs and it took them 7 days to repair. Still I wasn't happy. Took it back in and it took them 2weeks to fix their own mess. I go and take it and got stuck with a battery problem. Because my car has been parked there forever!!!

::I wasn't happy at all with the service. The staff is very friendly but I wasn't happy with the support. I took my car there at around 9 and only at past 2 when I call them to ask if my car is ready.. And it wasn't... Changing brake pads cannot take this long... I had to yell over the phone and threaten to take my car at 3:30 whether it was done or not.
