  Worst dealership I've ever been to. Felt like sitting at home affairs. The staff were so uninterested. Really bad customer experience. Makes me want to sell my Ford so I don't have to experience this again. I've always gone to VW where I was treated like royalty! Fords customer experience team should go spend some time at VW

  The servicing at Eagle ford is frustrating to say the least. Initial sales process was very smooth and good. After sales care booking of services and actual waiting time to actually drop the car off is the worst I have ever experienced

  They've won service awards. They have a huge workshop. Communication with them isn't that great. What would be really great is if they spent some money on a quality phone line or system

  One of the best Ford garages in South Africa..! Thanks Eagle Ford for making our buying experience memorable. Also thanks to the salesman Calvin Nkomo who professionally assisted us with the purchase. Great all round experience..! 5 Stars..!

  I have never come across such good service. They came to fetch me on the airport. Plain was 3 hours late and they still came to fetch me. We arrived when it was already dark. Waiting for me with a smile and a bottle of champagne.They even had the non alcoholic champagne.Rudi was so calm, friendly and helpful. He took some time to take pictures. After I left he phoned me to ask if I'm still okay. I was in the middle of nowhere and he was willing to come and fetch me and help me get to the N1. Luckily I did get to the N1. Thanks again for the absolutely wonderful service and caring.
