  4.5 stars. This is a really lovely hotel with such incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my two night stay in a comfortable, clean and well-kept room. The breakfasts are amazing with everything from eggs to fruit and sushi. Location is good and there is easy access to Canal Walk(just across the bridge from the hotel), which I also had a great view of from my room. Got a welcome glass of campaign when checking in which was a nice touch. Only downside was the toilet that made a weird buzzing sound, which disturbed an otherwise very peaceful nights sleep.

  Was there for day conference. Conference room ICT facilities good. They need to consider installing port charging facilities especially for cinema style sitting. Food and its presentation was great. Staff was quick to respond. Friendly too.

  Since the room was great, 1 star! Service-wise it was the unfriendliest place I have ever stayed in. No nice words from the staff, they even ignore you and don‘t great you back. No smile, nothing! That ruined our stay here. When asked them to book a restaurant for us they told us we should do it by or own... absolutely no recommendation! There are plenty better options in CT!

  Un poco alejado de lo que es el centro de la ciudad. El gimnasio tiene una sola trotadora y no hay mucho que hacer por la noche. Es bueno si vas a un viaje de negocios
