  I purchased a bed-set last Friday online at around 11h00, shortly afterwards I received a confirmation phone call, shortly afterwards another phone call stating that my purchase would be delivered (to an outlying area) that same evening, the bed arrived around 18h00, so well done, seamless and a pleasure doing business like this, Andre - Heidelberg - Gauteng.

  I just bought a 3 drawer + Shelf chest of drawers - white in the Midrand shop around 17:00 today. It was presented to me as new and already wrapped. To my suprise when i opened it moments ago at home it’s actually not new. The drawer show visible signs that it has been used. There are scratches all over the drawer. Extremely disappointed with the service, i will be taking it back tomorrow morning for my money back.

  Well arranged website and good system for filtering down to what your requirements are. Great variety of beds on offer to meet what seems to be every budget but still good quality on offer as referenced by checking competitor websites. Prices are extremely competitive and lots of specials. Free delivery was offer for what seems to be almost all items on offer. I literally went onto the website today, decided what I wanted and paid by 10h00. Received an email shortly thereafter to confirm that payment was received and delivery can be expected by the end of the week. OK then very pleased. By 10h45 I received a call from the delivery team to say that they can slot me in from 15h00 to 17h00 today for delivery! They arrived and were gone by 16h00 and the bed was placed upstairs as requested. Very polite and courteous delivery team as well. What a professional experience from start to finish. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much Beds Direct - what awesome service and value! World class!
