::This was my second valet. First time I was very impressed! Today I am very disappointed, it was a waste of R660. Auto Image will not see me again. I will no longer recommend. * There were marks that they did not clean. * They did not put all the car mats back and just left it in the boot. Why too lazy? * There was water in ons of the console dish. That I had to clean. * My electronics got so wet that my one electric window does not want to work. * I asked to take a sticker off. It's still on.. * The handle to ajust the seat was also half off. I read some of the comments on your review and it is true what the one guy said that your service is not what it used to be. I used your service for many years. But today was the last.

::This car wash went from been one of the best to the absolute worst, I've had spoons left in my car after the cleaners probably had lunch in my car, I've had cleaning products and old rugs left in my car, the best was I took my car for a wash and the car came back more dirty then when I took it there, and the manager on duty blamed it on the mud in the wash bay. Another time they managed to get water on the inside of the door panel in the speaker and said it was a manufacturing faulty, that water comes through the door, funny enough it never happened with any other car wash before and after that incident. And lastly and most recent the managed to break my back window wiper, tryed to fix it in front of me and refused to admit it was broken although every time they attached it to the back windscreen it fell off every time. The service level is honestly disgraceful as well as the management they have no care for your vehicle and no customer service, if you find yourself impressed with the car wash take a minute to go around your vehicle because I can guarantee you something is broken. Most of us leave our vehicles there and go shopping I encourage you next time to stay and observe how they handle your vehicle.
