::Cleaners unclipped our windscreen wipers and put them back in position without the wipers properly secured on; when we started the car the wipers were on and the arm of the wiper scratched the whole windscreen quite severely. No one could explain how or why it happened, we weren't even offered any compensation. Will not be going back.

::Honestly one of the best car wash places around. My car is always cleaned thoroughly and senior staff check each car before it is released. Management has opened a small coffee area, with really good coffee. It is a little more expensive than other car wash places but I think it's worth it.
