  Least efficient screening process in any airport I’ve ever been to. Don’t let your things out of your sight in the screening line because they WILL get stolen. Also, I’d bet you could get knives past their screeners. I’m not brave enough to try, but I’ve definitely accidentally got scissors and matches through before (after a camping trip, forgot to move it to my checked bag).

  It’s an “okay” international airport. Despite my fight being delayed with an hour, I could walk through the duty-free shops that’s extremely overpriced, I might say. The hasslers outside the airport at arrivals are very rude and won’t comply when you’re repeating, that you don’t need a taxi or help with your baggage. The airport can definitely become better.

  I am appalled at my experience. The person doing the customer experience survey was incredibly rude and had no social skills. Firing herself on top of us while we were eating, pressing her breasts literally in my face in leaning over me and my food to get to someone else and then insisting on me giving my personal details without giving me a valid reason as to why I 'Must' give these details. Please teach your people social and customer skills.

  Few bones to pick with you. Accessibility to anything in OR Tambo is impossible, especially if you're a first timer. From entering the parking area, no information about different types of parking for your preference and pocket, there is no other alternative ways to maneuver around OR _ have to drive out join the Highway and back again.... Most consultants treat people like filth, toilets mostly unhygienic. I would suggest GPS inside the airports/ mobile app at a convenience for first timers.
