  The reason that caused me to terminate my contract with XtraSpace is due to the fact that I had to struggle to gain access to my unit. Closed on public holidays, Sundays.. closes at 2pm on Saturdays. I wasn't really happy with that considering the fact that the goods I have stored at the facility were used to run a business and thus I needed 24/7 access to my unit. I had to make arrangements and call people who were at most times not available to come open for me. That left me with no other choice but to seek storage elsewhere.

  I had a great experience and I'd go back there if I needed storage without a doubt or hesitation, Khabo was very friendly, helpful, patient and gave me enough information. Thank you!!!☺

  We have been very happy at the Commissioner street storage facility. The staff have always been very helpful and have gone out of their way to make using your facility that much better. I am going to miss interacting with Dennis, what a true gentleman!!

  Met Shaney earlier today to see a few storage options. within an hour, all the paperwork is complete & the unit is secured, we move in next week. The place is spotless, secure & I look forward to the peace of mind, knowing my goods are in her care. I have very rarely experienced such competence and service. keep it up.
