::They not even worth a star. I got me boots by them this morning past 9 but realised they were too big. I went to have them exchanged at 11 and they told me I can't do that. I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit me now. I paid a lot for them. I hate the brand. Good quality but bad service they lost the personal touch.
