  Got my visa on time and the process was smooth however there are some things they should mention more clearly regarding the pricing and steps going forward. We were given a price verbally for the visa which excluded all of their fees so it was a shocker once we received the invoice. We also had to call them for updates - at that price they should keep people more informed about the process and email clients with updates.
