::The staff were extremely friendly including the beautiful Great Danes. Check-in was simple and efficient. The rooms were functional with a smart TV, lovely coffee machine and a spacious, well-lit bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Unfortunately during my stay they were renovating some of the hotel so parking was a bit of an issue. I would love to go back and see what they have done. The location is absolutely perfect as well for business travellers. Their meeting rooms were great. There is also an awesome restaurant!

::Been there twice! For a conference and then stayed for a night. Great place! In great location. Near the mall and train station. Service was top! Staff members polite, helpful and respectful.

::LIKED: The rooms were very well appointed and we were even upgraded without question, to one of their brand new suites after mentioning (to the very friendly GM on duty) that our neighbours were being exceptionally loud. DISLIKED: Dinner at Rueben's was a disappointment. The food was good, but service was terrible and the plating wasn't what one would expect from a venue of this standard. After dinner we wanted to have a few drinks in the cigar bar and was informed (in a very unfriendly manner) that they're closing (11pm) so we couldn't be served.

::The hotel is a stunning hotel represented by warm and friendly staff.they are always willing to assist and well spoken. The Camelot Spa is a hidden gem with highly skilled staff. The back, neck and shoulder massage is a must to release all tension and knots. The on the go pedicure will definitely add to the relaxation of the atmosphere.
