::Friendly staff and a welcome home feeling. Staff are informative and of exceptional caliber. Room is cosy and well priced. However, oil heater insufficient for heating room and only outdated air conditioning available. Linen was of good quality, bed was a let down as it slept very uncomfortably. DSTv lacks a music channel and no radio available in rooms. All in all I would recommend this establishment for a quick over night stay in the city and would definitely visit again

::Just checked in, it's raining outside and we tried the bed, the sheets are itchy!! Can't imagine how the shower is if the bed is like this. Asked them to change the sheets, but I want my refund for tomorrow's booking because I booked for todays. Worst experience. First impressions count most and I won't be booking here ever!
