::What an exquisite establishment! Friendly and helpful staff made my stay easy and enjoyable! The apartment was spacious , with a full bathroom. The rest of the apartment is well equipped, however , a full DSTV bouquet would have been an absolute pleasure to enjoyed. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous with lush trees and beautiful gardens! The breakfast is an absolute winner , and recommended. HOWEVER , as a NON-SMOKER , when I entered my apartment, i could smell a cigarette odour. Further , as smoking is obviously encouraged, ashtrays are placed on benches on the communal balconies. Needless to say that during my 8 day stay , I was a passive smoker , if which I absolutely despise. Many early mornings I was awoken by the the smell of cigarette smoke. The legal right of non-smokers need to be protected! Secondly, the sofas in my apartment is in need of steam cleaning as it is smelly and on the sides of the seating area on the sofas, a lot of previous dirt was found . Vacuum cleaning will help , too . Lastly , the establishment is a little paradise and if , my concerns are addressed , of which are reasonable, I would highly recommend THE BIRDHOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST!
