Went to the premises - no response, waited outside i thought maybe they popped out for a short while waited 20minutes nobody arrived, phoned over 15 times, no response Went back to the premises an hour later, for the COLLECTION, still no response, phoned again 8 times - no response, no reply and voice messaging system doesnt work Once Ive received this order i will NEVER be using TEchnoPro My recommendation - Dont Use

::Probably the worst online shopping experience of my life. Trying to get updates on an order placed 18 May 2020. Not sure if they even exist anymore. Website down, telephones just ring. Please think 5 times before you buy here. You will be disappointed, that's your guarantee!

::I placed an order over a week ago. I paid upfront, and emailed them about 4 times with no reply, phones do not get anwsered. Why do you say you are open when i cannot get in touch with you by any way? I spent alot of money on you guys, the least you can do is reply to my emails.

Im busy compiling a list of items in my cart but need some information in order to make the correct decision and then make payment, but was met with either short, unfriendly response or No response for days. Price wise you cannot complain, but the question is now, should I rather pay a bit more but get swift cooperation and professional service or do one wait until someone from this company eventually decides to contact you I'm still in business, please contact me!

::Prices are excellent. However client service is non existing. Can't get hold of of them on the landline. Emails gets answered when doing inquiries before sale but absolutely no response after sale. Paid for 1 to 2 day express shipping but only got it 6 working days later.
