  Nice facility, got too expensive (two increases in one year) and a disaster trying to get my Deposit refunded. Notified them of my change in Banking details in February 2019, when I gave notice (beginning November 2019), the On-Line Notification requested Banking Details in which the the refund is to be paid. I did confirm again my new details. Money was refunded to the old/closed bank account? Funds was returned by the Bank beginning December 2019 and 30 days later, I am chasing for my refund to establish Stor-Age deposited into the wrong Account. Had to complete another form for them and advised to wait a further 14 days. Disgraceful.

  Got a unit here and was very impressed with the service, the company itself is a bit pricey, but you getting value for money with high end security and a well maintained facility.
