::Highly unethical operators. I fell for the classic car mechanic shtik where they quote an amount (twice to me, once to my wife) and then double it without telling you or asking permission when the work is done. And when you complain you are met with patronizing aggression, feigned indignation and "you should of known" nonsense. I would try another one of the Steves branches. Stay away from these cowboys. They've lost any future business from me which s unfortunate because the rest of the franchises I have used have been good....
