  Right.... Do not go there!!! They do not maintain their cinema at all.. They had a problem with the movies (sound no picture) and made us sit for 45 min before we started to walk out and with a bad attitude they gave us tickets to use on a later date... And that's only for the movies not the drinks and popcorn....

  Stopped going there about a year ago, generally filthy in the cinemas, poor maintenance of seating, aircons, lighting. Staff (incl MNG) have no perception of service and/or basic customer service. Prices for all movies and snacks are high but to pay this for disgusting service and neglected premises is no longer an option. More expensive at Emperors Nu Metro but a far better option. Centre MNG should have raised this with SK years ago but never seemingly done.

  Ster Kinekor at East Rand Mall - too expensive, snacks and drinks price exhorbitant. Cinema is clean and seats are comfortable. Too much ambient lighting.

  Worst managed theatre in Gauteng!! No aircon, lighting is broken (probably to hide how dirty it is) and very unclean. You should be paying people to come there.

  I'm usually happy with service and cinemas here, however recently it's been terrible. My friend and I arrived and it was filthy inside the cinema, slushy and soggy popcorn on the floor. It also smelled absolutely awful inside. They had not switched the aircon on and everyone in the cinema was sweating. Some of the chairs and cupholders were broken. The lady behind the snack counter was also rude to us. This was on the 27th of September 2019 during IT: Chapter two, cinema 7.
