  Two calls for 15 mins resulted in absolutely nothing being achieved. The call centre syatem is woefully inept and frustrating.

  1 person at enquiries to help a que of almost 13 people??? Waited an hour to collect a credit card!! Seems like this is an ongoing problem in this branch?? Is there even a manager???

  Three attempts to collect a card. Each time standing in the que for 45min + Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

  it was a bit busy but the teller was really nice and helpful.
