  Many cubicles (22) with few staff members (maybe 3 at a time) to assist customers on more than one occasion. When we finally made it to a consultant, they were helpful (hence 2 stars), but the waiting time (40 mins + on more than one occasion) is not acceptable, especially for those of us with jobs to get back to.
