::A very poor customer service and sense of urgency. At a bank you wait for 2 hours just to see a consultant? I am closing my account and will never ever recommend to anyone to use this bank all our employees I will encourage them to close their accounts as they are not happy as well. Branch manager is not there to assist or take important decisions. Out of 5 it's 0 Service sucks Midlands mall branch in Pietermaritzburg
