::you guys need to change your service especially for phone in orders you take forever to deliver the orders and when we phone to ask you always have a story of the driver getting lost and not answering their phone when your stuff for the driver. i don't understand why would the driver get lost to a place where he comes at least 4 times a day or something. how is that possible seriously? each time we phone at my work place i know will receive our order 2 hours late like today i phoned at 1pm but i am still waiting for my order and its 3pm already. please improve your customer care coz its very poor and your ladies there always have a back up story for the driver even if the problem is not with the driver.
