  It's rated 4 star but practical experience it's a 2 star. Rooms don't meet expectations bed not comfortable, tv very few only sabc channels, etc, 1 sports , 1 mzansi limited no news channels like Enews, Ann7 and others. Breakfast not appealing very bad. Front desk staff not properly trained to welcome staff and providing service during. Food placed in dinning room no single staff to attend to guests. Very dissatisfaction and disappointing attitudes.

  Its a nice place to relax beautiful and amazing,the food were decious,and lastly with friendly staff luv u guys keep on the good work.im cming again nxtmonth

  No stars awarded. The service is pathetic. How do you move new guests in to a room that has not been vacated yet. I have very expensive equipment stored in my room. Will you take responsibility for any missing items. This matter will be taken to the South African tourism board. I am utterly disgusted in the treatment from this lodge. I will not recommend this lodge or any of its affiliated lodges to any one
