  Firstly the staff from floor management to cashiers must be sent for customer service training. Unpleasant, no smile and they sometimes look at you like you dumb. If you have a bad day please don't bring it to work. You work with people out there be more customer orientated and service friendly.

  To start with the staff are pleasant but nobody to help at the aisle if one cannot find a product I particular but they are very slow at till points cause not many tills are open

  Good place for grocery shopping. Gets very busy at month end though.

  I've just edited and decreased my stars...long queues at this time of the month at this time of the year and only 3 cashiers are operating. Physically challenged and pensioners were rudely told payouts were done for 2 days only, despite SASSA ruling a 10 day payout for this period, by a certain cashier. Manageress was sympathetic and helped.
