  I felt very unsafe and unwelcome 😠 People were pushing us out their way and treated us like imposters, even the tellers treated us like we had no right to shop there. The packers wouldn't even pack our groceries 😠

  Flies on the ready made meals. Products are opened and stolen from the shelves. Just check whether the item you want contains it's original content and if it hasn't been opened. I am disgusted. I know Shiprite won't and can't do anything about these things. So I would recommend that you do the effort to check whether your product is up to standard before purchasing. Wouldn't recommend the pre cooked meals unless you don't mind the poor quality. Rather buy fruit (always fresh fruit availible)

  The securities don't seem to understand the importance of the consumer's time, they told me to queue to leave my small bag at the parcel counter and I can't afford to queue even before I enter the shop (and obviously, had I left it, I'd have to queue for it on my way out).. The service inside is moderately fine and efficient.. Oh another problem, the cashiers don't clean their tills,the tills were wet and dirty. The obviously improvement needed is that management should give the securities bag seals so that people with small bags don't queue just to leave a bag or they should find alternative security procedures.. and also the managers and supervisors should ensure the shop is clean and tidy and cashiers don't serve customers on dirty counters (Points Of Sale).. I cannot spend my whole day at Shoprite, five minutes is too much already.. Please learn to respect the consumers' time and improve your service..
