  Everything you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Buffet is superb, both breakfast and dinner. À la carte is cheaper and also excellent. Big comfortable suites. Friendly, helpful staff. If I'm back in Pretoria, I'll stay here again.

  The hotel itself is worth every penny and of acceptable standard. I can never say the same though of the surrounding area. The surroundings do not compliment the hotel or the ambience that is expected of the quality of the Sheraton.

  Excellent upgraded my room to the executive floor. Great view of the Union buildings especially at sunrise and sunset. Food limited selection but enough

  Went for conference only. Beautiful hotel and good conferencing facilities. Good selection of food at buffet. Staff friendly and professional.

  Friendly and efficient service and staff. Buffet has a great (and very tasty) selection of meat and vegetables and mouth-watering decadent deserts. A little price but worth it.
