  Received the most outstanding customer service from a trainee named Anele. He was so helpful, so friendly, so professional, made conversation like he knew me, asked me about checking my oil and tyre pressure. Really did a good job, was so informative when I asked about my Tyre pressure and reassured me if I filled up at shell they'd always take care of me and make sure I'm safe on the road. The time I went before this the lady that helped me was very helpful too, she checked my oil and another guy assisted her by filling me up and checking my tyres he even went so far as to help me find where to open my bonnet. He was so friendly and helpful and they all greeted me goodbye with a smiley face. Whatever shell is doing, keep it up because I've never received such awesome service before at this garage. Maybe keep recruiting people from East London because we need more people like Anele ⭐

  Shell does their job and with efficiency and professionalism. Their prices are moderate. Overall esthetic is okay but could use some updating.
