  I received bad service here today. An attendant did not want to help me, if not wrong his name is Flint Mothapo, I arrived at the garage first. He chose to assist an Isuzu in the next tank even though it came after me. The reason why he says I arrived last at the platform. I tried to indicate to him that I could not have used the tank next door because it is on the left and my car tank is right handed, he insisted that he will help me last because I was at the platform last, to my surprise he went to the store to submit money for 1400 Nissan, when he returned the Isuzu guy and my self were all parked at the same time there. How difficult was it for him to tell the issue guy I arrived first because he saw me when I did. Maybe I can get the correct explanation from management. But really I am not happy and I always use this garage but this was my first bad experience.

  There's nothing wrong with the people working at the fuel pumps. The problem is that those guys have to man a number of pumps. Imagine one person manning at least 3 pumps. Then there's the rule that the nozzle can't be taken to the other side of the car if the fuel tank isn't on the side nearest to the pump. If you go to the pump that's not on the side of your fuel tank, and the place is busy, you're in trouble, unless the attendant serving you makes a plan for you. Sasol, please hire attendants. Another discovery happened when I couldn't wait because of the queue. I went to Total garage Zone 1 after the recent fuel increase. I was surprised that I paid R15,40 per litre for diesel whereas I had been paying R15,57 per litre before the increase at Sasol.
