  Last night I went to get petrol and nobody was to be seen ... So I waited and hooted and still nothing till the lady in the shop came to the window and stared at me ... After a while she she whips out a phone and out comes a petrol attendant from a the back of some car that was parked on the side . He comes out yawning and stretching and walking hella slow . He finally gets to me and I ask him to get me Petrol worth R300 cause I'm almost empty . He askes if I'm paying with a card and I say yes then he goes oh no our card machiens don't work .... After a 5 min back and forth he says that they don't swipe at night 😳then walks away and goes to sleep in the car ... Leaving me once again with no assistance... I went to go speak to the lady in the shop and she was no help at all either ....I'm not happy with this sasol at all and will avoided filling up at all sasol garaugs as much as possible ... Had to hold my breath and pray I make it to the next which I did and received awesome service from the staff at the Total gaurage .... As for Sasol ...never again .... Not even on a rainy day 🙄

  So much for excellence! Nozzle was not working, about 2 or 3 litres spilled out of my tank, the manager told me that I should sort it out with the attendant or pay it myself, ridiculous!
