::For the second time my car is not ready when I come to collect it. Dropped it at 09h45 and was told it will be ready at 12h00. At 12h00 they have not even started it yet making me late for my appointments! Now thet have to rush through the cleaning and do half the job and still charge the full reducilous price. I won't be back.

::BADLY DAMAGED MY CAR THEN HOMOPHOBICALLY ABUSED ME I took my beautiful pride and joy to the Cape Quarter branch for a wash. They badly damaged the car. They denied damaging it and then the owner, Ryan, became very abusive and homphobic and threatening and I had to leave as I was frightened for my safety. DO NOT GO TO THIESE HOMOPHOBIC BULLIES WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR THEIR CUSTOMERS

::Shameful, shameful service at the branch in Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village! Despite a full valet (that costs a fortune) I was really not impressed!! The staff was unprofessional and dismissive. I waited 2 hours for my car, only to find numerous areas that were still dirty! They even damaged my one seat, but I was assured that the "dent" in my upholstery would disappear after a day. It's still there and not getting any better. I will not return.

::Conveniently placed in the CBD. Entrance is however from Waterkant and NOT Bree street as indicated. Not the friendliest staff, but the car wash was fine.
