::You would think that the customer deserves some courtesy because after all, they are spending their well earned money and precious time at this establishment. However, even booking a table comes with it's obstacles because obviously if you are not a regular, then you just don't count and you don't get a table either. You are offered a table which you do accept with gratitude and after having an amazing evening at quiz night the manager decides that you have had enough fun and proceeds to completely ruin your evening by throwing her weight around and letting you know that she is the manager and how dare you sit at the manager's table!!!!! No kind words were said or apologies were made for the mix-up!!!! We were going to eat.... But we left totally disenchanted with the rude treatment we received!!!!!! So, I cannot rate the food but the service was dismal, unhelpful and downright rude.

::The venue is quite lovely. We attended the Dirty secrets anti valentines comedy show there and had lots of fun. The food was alright, just took a while to arrive.

::Venue looks great. Service is terrible. Waited 15min just to get menu. Waited another 15min to place drink order. Waited another 30min for waiter to appear again. Had to call waiter twice to place food order. Barely 8 tables with people. Would not recommend jusy based on poor service

::It's a stunning venue, perfect for a Sunday afternoon chill. The only negative was that it seemed the kitchen and serving staff were on the low side and not able to deal with the volumes present today. The food was good but I would suggest that the original hand written orders for the DIY Burgers and baskets be included on the plate, attached with a toothpick or something, this would make the servers' lives a lot easier.

::The Rusty Hook is a decent restaurant / pub setup. They host live bands every now and then. The patrons are a laid back bunch of people making it a ideal place to kick back and have a couple of drinks. The dam next to the restaurant also contribute to the peaceful vibes. Food is on standard and reasonably priced. Service is good.
