::Roof surgeon installed new roofing and gutters on my cottage. I noticed poor workmanship on the downpour pipe join but was assured it was fine. In the following year, the pipe blocked rapidly, and directed the entire roof’s collection of water out of the poor joining in the downpipe, shooting water against my cottage wall. The property now has damp in the concrete along that wall, and all the exterior paint has peeled off. Once I finally figured out the problem (only evident in the pouring rain, that one side of my house was slowly rotting away due to the flawed downpipe structure and workmanship) I contacted RoofSurgeon, who said the work was no longer under guarantee, and quoted me several thousand rand for repairs. I am still waiting for the promised call back to discuss the problem.
