  I took my Ducati top box there to have the zip replaced. They did replace the zip , albeit with a few glue marks here and there but that was ok, However what they also did was scratch the top lid of the box as can been seen in the photo. When I went to collect the box Raj the guy at the counter saw this and took the bag away and said it would be repaired. I did not want to cause a scene in the store as it was packed , but I was fuming , this is a R10000 piece of equipment. 3 weeks later the box in the photos is what I have come away with, note how they applied black colour to the top of the box but not the bottom to try and reduce the visibility of the scratches. I also got accused by Raj that I dropped the bag off with said scratches , and that I should not have expected any better they are not Ducati .He also told me that I should leave with my bag as he does not want to cause a scene. I cannot adequately state how anyone should avoid this business at all costs.
