  Great atmosphere, live music, secure parking in the perimeter and the food is good at the Harvard Restaurant.

  They need to reconsider their booking process. Spoke to Barry the Manager who just refused to accept constructive criticism. I was sent documents on email of which I could not print.My message "virus alert". I was then asked to go to the website to print it, after being told I was the only one who complained, and was not provided with website details. Then further told that I should not have emailed my concerns I should have called. The manager Barry was rather rude and not all service orientated. Very poor listening skills indeed. You need to listen to customers at times Mr Barry. If you have been running the business for more than 25 years then you need to take into consideration alot has changed since then. I loved visiting this museum. Really disappointed in their attitude. We deal with children you need to be a little more accommodating.

  Enjoy coming to this airport. Harvard cafe serves good food and this is enjoyable place to watch the Aircraft. Their are flying schools here as well as a hotel onsite.
