  The service was slow and didn't find every book I needed. The shop is big but very cramped. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

  I found all my prescribe UNISA textbooks What I realised is they also sell primary and secondary school textbooks grade 1-12 All their prices are lower than those of the likes of van schaik

  Protea Boekwinkel is a bookshop with a wide variety of books covering different subjects. It is used by different schools around Pretoria for prescribed books from primary, high school to university. Books can be ordered in different ways: make a call and give a list of books that were prescribed for the bookshop staff to collect them for you or visit the bookshop and wait while the staff gather the books on your list. For those who want to sell books back to the bookshop, they can do so by bringing the books to the bookshop. It is a fully stocked bookshop and if the book you are looking for is not available, the bookshop can always order it and call you when the order arrives. The price for books is competitive compared to other bookshops.
