::Great staff....great customer service... friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you Mr Clement, Mr Bartley, Mr security guard and the gentlemen that help load the vehicle on several days with a smile and great attitude. Real pleasure doing business with the team :-)

::Not very helpful and very unprofessional. Took 5min before anyone bothered to help and a further 10min to pay for 2 refills and 2 rolls sandpaper and there was no one else in the shop

::I struggled to find what i normaly buy sounds like the product is discontinued. Technical assistant recommended a new product and agree to give me a sample to test. SAMPLE assembled in store is what I call not profesional.

::Good prices and very helpful staff. Large store with pretty much everything you could need, including various sizes of masking tape and sand paper. Really happy with the quality of paint that I have used. Colours are mixed there, and they will mix any colour you take to them if you are not keen on their large selection of options. Custom mixed colours also get saved on their system, so getting more of the same custom colour is easy.

::My wife and I visited the Store just after 14:00 hrs (2 o'clock) today and as we were not sure what paint we wanted we waited for some assistance, at no time were we approached by any staff member despite there being six sales people standing around chatting,. After being in the store for over 15 minutes we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Previously we have always supported Prominent Paints and very much doubt that we will be returning. People are crying out for work, so perhaps you should re-look at the staff you are currently employing as their Customer Service is non-existent.
