  If you're looking for a breathtaking view of the ocean in East London, great accommodation, good food and friendly staff with customer service with a smile... then this is a great hotel for you. I must compliment the hotel staff for taking measures to ensure every guest is sanitized on arrival as well as in the restaurant. Well done on putting customers health first. Still exploring the hotel... it's amazing so far...it's adjoined to the ICC... Fabulous!!! You really should stay here. I highly recommend it.

  PH EL ICC Used to be one of my best hotels, but the standard has dropped totally. The wifi there is just dead, the service is just poor now. The carpet in the rooms is stuffy and the generator doesn't work in the rooms only at public areas, so when it's loadshedding u stay in the dark.

  Staff is very friendly and we were checked in quickly. Rooms are very big and views of the beachfront is quite relaxing. The breakfast buffet was not a favorite and we didn't return the second day for that. Some of the tablecloths were dirty in the restaurant. Overall a good place to stay if you want to be close enough during the Ironman.

  Shocking hotel. Can only suggest to book any of the other hotels at the beach front. The concierge is rude and doesn't want to help or provide service. The room service ends at 10:00 already, breakfast is only from 7:00 and then it's not ready either. There is no iron service and you have to carry your clothes to the other side of the hotel to iron them and carry them back. Wifi is capped at 500MB a day and then doesn't work on top of that. To think that this is the most pricey of the beach front hotels. Do stay away from it and use any other hotel at the beach front.

  A very lovely hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent, with a great variety at every meal. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking. There is a pool, bar, gym and sauna. I will definately come here again.
