::I had a sewage pipe blockage over the festive season and after calling Plumb Rite, Barend and Donald arrived within 45 minutes. They opened the pipe but Barend cautioned that it might block up again, as he suspected that roots might be the problem. He requested that in such an event I can just call. Unfortunately his suspicions turned out to be true and the blockage reappeared. This morning they returned and augered the pipe and with much trouble removed the offending roots. When I requested an invoice, Barend informed me that it is considered a "come-back" and no further monies are due. Thank you Plumb Rite, and thank you Barend and Donald for your friendliness and excellent service!

They did the work, and after completing everything, they showed me around the fixtures they installed, even added one or 2 value added service without charging me. Basically just a great bunch, I can't imagine asking someone else to come and do my plumbing. Thanx guys.
