::A well kept gym. Friendly staff. Gets a little busy at peak times but it's big enough with enough equipment to accommodate everybody.

::I can't like them......smells of old food,whatever the restaurants around them are preparing. I joined ,confirmed there will be no awful smells eg cigarette smoke, food cooked smells etc....I trained a month and paid for a year. Nobody cared

::Lovely location close to the lift that takes you directly to the car park. Lovely track around the gym for an indoor run. The Zumba classes on offer is excellent and the ladies gym section even though tiny and minimalistic serves its purpose. The gym is well layed out. The entry and exit prcocedures could be more efficient especially during peak times.
